Tullio Dellaquila has been a professional lighting designer/developer for over two decades. His pioneering work 20 years ago with high power LED’s helped pave the way for many LED products today. His work spans numerous photosynthetic, industrial, and commercial applications but his contributions to lighting do not stop here. His work with advanced thermal design, specialized reflector systems, and high efficiency microprocessor controlled electronic ballasts, have also helped revolutionize Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium and Fluorescent based lighting products. Tullio has dedicated much of his career to educating others about the exciting possibilities various lighting technologies have to offer.

With well over 2 decades of product development, marketing, and sales experience, Joy Meadows is an essential member of the iGro team of experts. World renowned for her vast experience with live Corals, Fish, and other aquatic animals, she has been involved in countless products during her career from conception to production. Her hands-on experience throughout the years ensures only the best products make the cut.
